commercial tomato soup

this is the way to make tomato soup on a commercial scale. either for guests or for parties.
this has very less pulp and not suitable if you are trying this as a remedy for health purpose.
to make about 5 cups of soup,
ingredients:
tomato puree 5 tbsps
cornflour 1 tbsp
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
butter-1/2 tsp
salt to taste
bread crumbs/ cream/ shredded cheese and coriander for garnishing

method:
in a pan, add one small portion of the little butter and add the chilli powder. now add the tomato puree and cook for a few minutes. now add about 350ml of water and cook. now mix the cornflour in a small cup of water and add this cornstarch to the mixture. cook for a minute with salt to taste.
while serving, serve with bread crumbs/cream/shredded cheese and coriander

besan ka laddoo

this is dedicated to hariniand shrimathy akka and many more who have liked the besan ka laddoo that i make. this is one of my favourite desserts. there are tow ways of making it one is the traditional the other is my way. my way is the one where i use 1/4th the ghee used in the traditional version of the laddoo.
to make about 12 laddoos, you will need:
150 gms besan.
4 tbsps ghee
50gms sugar
almonds and cashew to garnish

procedure:
in a hot frying pan roast the besan till it gives out its unique aroma. it ll be almost golden colour by then. this will take about 5 minutes if cooked on high. now mix it with ghee and half the chopped dry fruits. remove from flame and add the crystal sugar. in this dessert, you should not use powdered sugar. the crystal sugar gives a crunchy taste. now shape them into balls and serve with the rest of the dry fruits or with foil. if u find the ghee too less to bring these to shape, add some melted ghee to shape them.
