SONG OF THE SEA

Ever wondered how the sea could sing, spit out fire, water and throw light all over? if u think that such things could happen only in dreams, then the SONG OF THE SEA in sentosa island would prove u to be wrong, and show its existence in reality. In the beach of sentosa island, where you can see the Indonesian port at a distance, this magnum opus "happens" in the vicinity.
this concept had been developing for good since ages. when i went there as little kid, it was just a musical fountain, then when my mother had been there, it was a laser show. and now it is the advanced, refined SONG OF THE SEA. it costed me 6$, and the show was worth every penny i paid.
the story was of waking up the elements of nature to wake up a village to wake up a beautiful princess. the songs woke up the water, the fire, and light and beauty of people.
it was a grand show with lots of light, fire music and water. it was a realistic fantasy, a dream of the waking stage, a moment to cherish, an event to have the eyes wide open and not let a moment to blink. half an hour of the show continued throughout the trip and remains still today.
when my mom had visited it last winter, she had seen the laser show and brought it home for me. when i saw the song of the sea, it was totally different and i dint want to see it through the camera.
by clicking the above link, u can see it in youtube. this is just a glimpse. it is meant to be seen direct and live. u wont get the actual feel by seeing the video though. if u ve not been to Singapore, go to see this and the boat ride. if u ve missed this out, go again and see it.

god bless Singapore for all the surprises&wonders it gives to the world of tourism and entertainment.
